Please read these terms carefully before using the s444 platform — they form a binding agreement between you and us.
Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the s444 platform and all its services ("Platform"). s444 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the Platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail. s444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform.
Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the s444 platform. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Legal Capacity
You must confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Persons who are unable to enter into contracts due to mental illness or legal incapacity may not use this platform.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in suspension or cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
Account Management
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation.
3.2 Identity Verification
s444 may request documents required for identity verification (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide the correct documents may result in account restriction or closure.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Notify s444 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on the account.
3.4 Account Closure
Users may request account closure at any time. s444 may also suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Evidence of collusion (coordinated betting) or bonus abuse.
- Suspicion of involvement in activity related to anti-money laundering laws.
Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit Rules
The accepted methods for depositing funds at s444 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits must be sent from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile wallet from which the deposit was made. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No exchange rate or conversion charges apply.
4.4 Transaction Liability
The user is responsible for any loss caused by providing incorrect information (wrong wallet number, wrong amount). s444 cannot guarantee the return of funds sent in error.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at s444 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more adds the maximum bonus of ৳5,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus applies once per account only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Withdrawing your deposit before the wagering requirement is met will cancel the bonus.
- s444 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed at s444 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incomplete due to a technical issue, internet disconnection, or any other reason, s444 will make a decision based on logs and server records.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced. If a match is abandoned or stopped midway, s444 will make a decision in accordance with standard industry practice.
6.3 Casino Games
The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and impartial play. In the event of an incorrect payout displayed due to a technical error, s444 will pay the correct amount.
6.4 Prohibited Activities
- Collusion or coordinated betting with other players.
- Using arbitrage betting or bonus hunting methods.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Intentionally exploiting any software bug or glitch in the platform.
VIP Program & Cashback
s444's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Progress through VIP tiers depends on betting activity. s444 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, terms, and tier criteria. VIP membership is non-transferable.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

- The consequences of betting decisions made on the basis of incorrect information.
s444 is liable only for direct and proven losses, and the maximum limit of such liability shall be the amount deposited in the transaction in question.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between s444 and the user and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
12.3 Waiver
If s444 does not exercise its rights in a particular instance, this shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
